Accessibility & Connectivity

The One-north area is very accessible via public transport, served by 2 MRT lines – Buona Vista MRT and One-North MRT. It is also only a 10-minute drive away from the Central Business District (CBD) in Singapore.

There are ample cafes, supermarkets, gyms and other amenities to cater to the working population and residents. Located within close proximity include public research institutions such as the Agency for Science, Technology and Research, business schools like INSEAD, government agencies Ministry of Education, Media Development Authority, SPRING Singapore etc.

One-north also has a 16-ha park consisting of 13 land parcels spanning across its entire length to create a work-live-play-learn environment. The park serves as an integrated green link connecting key developments such as Biopolis (bio-medical & life science companies), Mediapolis (media companies) and Fusionopolis (information & communications technology or ICT companies) to the one-north MRT station.

In addition, One-north is connected via an underpass to neighbouring nodes such as National University of Singapore, the Singapore Science Park, the National University Hospital.

One-north On-demand Shuttle Bus Service

One-northers can now book on-demand shuttle bus rides via the RushTrail mobile app as part of a collaboration between JTC and RushOwl, a smart mobility company. Commuters can conveniently choose the pick up and drop off points within one-north and Singapore Science Park 1 (SSP1) up to 5 hours in advance. Each ride will cost $0.40 for any distance travelled, and payment can be made with EZ-Link card. Commuters will also be able to view the real-time location of the bus from the mobile app.
