Within One-North there are 3 zones – Biopolis (bio-medical & life science companies), Mediapolis (media companies) and Fusionopolis ( information & communications technology(ICT) companies) . This is all located in close proximity to the National University of Singapore, the Singapore Science Park, the National University Hospital, public research institutions such as the Agency for Science, Technology and Research, business schools like INSEAD, ESSEC Business School, government agencies Ministry of Education, Media Development Authority, SPRING Singapore etc.
There are ample cafes, supermarkets, gyms and other amenities to cater to the working population and residents. One-north also has a 16-ha park consisting of 13 land parcels spanning across the entire length of one-north to create a work-live-play-learn environment. The park serves as an integrated green link connecting key developments such as Biopolis, Fusionopolis, Mediapolis to the one-north MRT station.
