29 Apr 22 – International Plaza in Tanjong Pagar has been relaunched for sale by public tender at the same reserve price of $2.7 billion, after its first tender closed in November last year with no bids.

Tanjong Pagar is located within the Central Business District (CBD), consisting of mostly commercial office buildings and sections of conservation shophouses. This is a less crowded commercial hub compared to Raffles Place. However, between Tanjong Pagar to Raffles Place, office buildings are right next to each other, flanking the parallel streets – Cecil Street, Robinson Road and Shenton Way.
Tanjong Pagar is very well connected, accessible via Tanjong Pagar MRT (East West MRT Line), Shenton Way MRT, many bus routes, as well as the major expressways AYE and MCE.
