For example, Amazon has already signed a lease in IOI Central Boulevard earlier this year, occupying 369,000sqft (or approximately 9 whole floors)!
The most highly anticipated new Grade A office developments in the Central Business District (CBD) are Guoco Midtown and IOI Central Boulevard. Another interesting development to consider is the office space at One Holland Village. These buildings are highly sought after mainly because of their premium features such as full height windows, raised flooring, higher ceiling heights and Greenmark features.
