As its name suggests, the Regional eCommerce Logistics Hub is a hub for e-commerce logistics; warehousing and processing parcels for delivery within Singapore and to destinations worldwide. Located at the Tampines Logistics Park, the S$182 million facility is SingPost’s largest eCommerce logistics investment in Singapore to date.
Tenants of 37 Greenwich Drive will get the opportunity to tap on SingPost’s eCommerce logistics network, which spans 19 markets across Asia Pacific, Europe and the US, to get their goods delivered worldwide.
This development is suitable for light warehousing, ancillary office and training centres.
