Do I have to pay Seller Stamp Duty (SSD) when selling my commercial property?

In commercial real estate, seller stamp duty (SSD) only applies to industrial property (does not apply to offices and retail). No SSD is payable as long as you have held the property for at least 3 years. For more information refer to IRAS website.
